A high-street agency would quote £4,000–£8,000 for the Professional package. The difference isn't the work — it's that you're not paying for an account manager, a project manager, a sales commission and an office. You talk to the person building it, and modern tooling handles the production grind that used to be billable weeks.
Prices are what you pay — no VAT is added. Website projects are invoiced 50% to start and 50% on launch.
